FUNCTIONAL PATTERNS ONLINE COURSE GUIDANCE
Functional Patterns (FP) Online Training & Mentorshipoffers a cost-effective way to receive guided FP instruction under the watchful eye of a certified FP-Human Biomechanics Specialist while completing one of the online-courses provided by FP.
For all levels. Establishes foundation of the basics to alleviate pain and imbalances and restore proper tensions to the 3 pillars of posture. Centered around the FP 10-Week Course, standing posture, and slow-tempo correctives.
All trainings are 30 minutes.
Trainings are offered during morning, afternoon, and evening times to accommodate your schedule.
Prerequisite to attend Mentorship Training is the initial consultation AND clearance from your trainer. Completing 1:1 sessions first is highly recommended to establish a foundation.
Classes build off principles taught during similar 1:1 sessions and vice versa - best results when utilized together.
For adults and teens (12+).
